Available Courses

  • A familiarization course for those involved in Used Oil Management activities at a residual processing facility or transporter. This is a familiarization course only, meaning it does not provide official certification, but can be used for Continuing Education Units (CEUs). Students will be tested through quizzes. Est. completion time: 1.5-2 hours.
  • Designed to meet the 40 CFR 262.34 certification and refresher requirements, this course provides functional requirements for used oil management activities to the typical residual processing facility and/or transporter. Students will be tested through quizzes and a final situational "practical" exam. Students completing this course will receive a certificate of completion. Est. completion time: 4-6 hours.

  • This short-duration course is an overview of RCRA issues related to petroleum distribution and pipeline systems management. Intended for management and technical and other support staff not required to have RCRA training but an understanding of the associated issues. Course reviews major aspects in compliance, Waste Minimization and Universal Waste.

  • This comprehensive training course ensures your petroleum facility's related operations achieve and maintain compliance with RCRA regulations, while meeting RCRA personnel training requirements for facilities that generate hazardous waste - 40 CFR Section 265.16, as per Section 262.34. Information and class examples are focused on typical pipeline and distribution (Residual) waste management activities.
